Prices

We offer goods for sale through our website and also from our premises in Montrose. Our prices vary from time to time and we have the right to change prices without notice and to withdraw products without notice.

Please note: Prices on our website do not always represent what is the Montrose depot price.

VAT

The prices we quote on the website always include VAT at the applicable rate.

Payment

All our goods are offered on a payment with order basis. Payment is due prior to dispatch of goods and is accepted by most credit cards and debit cards.

Dispatch

We will normally dispatch your goods within 21 days of order. The goods become your property as soon as they are dispatched to you. As we are closed for two weeks during the Christmas Holiday period, goods ordered during this time will not be dispatched until after the 10th of January. The last order date for delivery guaranteed in time for Christmas is 22nd November

Delivery

We will deliver your order to any mainland UK address. Our standard delivery uses Royal mail or a national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within a few days. (Please contact us for a delivery quote if you require delivery outside of mainland uk).

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time prior to dispatch of the goods. Please cancel by telephone to confirm this is possible. Our telephone number is 01674 672657.

Returns Policy

All items will be checked prior to dispatch.  All goods must be checked when received and if there is any damage then this must be reported to Montrose Rope & Sail Co Ltd within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise no claims can be entertained.
