We offer goods for sale through our website and also from our premises in Montrose. Our prices vary from
time to time and we have the right to change prices without notice and to withdraw products without notice.
Please note: Prices on our website do not always represent what is the Montrose depot price.
The prices we quote on the website always include VAT at the applicable rate.
All our goods are offered on a payment with order basis. Payment is due prior to
despatch of goods and is accepted by most credit cards, debit cards or by cheque.
We will normally despatch your goods within 7 days of order. The goods become your
property as soon as they are dispatched to you. As we are closed during the Christmas
Holiday period, goods ordered during this time will not be despatched until after the
10th of January.
We will deliver your order to any UK address. Our standard delivery uses Royal mail
or a national carrier and in most cases you will receive your goods within 2/3 days.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any time prior to despatch of the goods.

All items will be checked prior to despatch; however, in the unlikely event that goods
are received faulty, then a total refund will be given. All goods must be checked when
received and if there is any damage then this must be reported to Montrose Rope & Sail Co
Ltd within 48 hours of receipt, otherwise no claims can be entertained.
